InKing Royalty Butterflies & Dragonflies Blog Hop

Welcome to InKing Royalty's April Blog Hop! During this year's blog hops, we are having fun with our stamping favorites - our favorite themes for seasonal cards and projects. This month's projects feature a mix of butterflies and dragonflies - just in time for Spring. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you'll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

There aren't many things happier than a butterfly rainbow!!! I decided to play with some sets that are retiring soon.

Once I had this idea I had my fingers crossed I had the colors of the rainbow in my cardstock supply that would work well together. Poppy Parade, Crushed Curry, Granny Apple Green, Bermuda Bay, and Rich Razzleberry are the colors I had on hand. Decided that the Rich Razzleberry cardstock was a bit too dark, so colored some white cardstock with a light Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blend. Isn't it fun I put those teeny tiny butterflies from Butterfly Beauty to good use? If you look closely you will see there are two different butterfly dies, alternated by row.  I was surprised to find a great sentiment for this card from the Country Home set!

Stamps: Country Home
Dies: Butterfly Beauty, Rectangle Stitched

    1. Thank you so much, Brian! I lined up the first row (purple) around a half-circle, and the rest was easy, just placed in-between. So appreciate your always-thoughtful comments!
