Welcome to InKing Royalty's August Blog Hop! During this year's blog hops, we are enjoying a year of celebrations. This month's projects celebrate Autumn Weather, so prepare yourself for projects that are filled with warm tones and beautiful nods to the upcoming change in weather. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you'll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
The early espresso cattails silhouette from Friendly Silhouettes against the textured crushed curry cardstock transports you to pondside at sunset. The very vanilla panel is embossed with the subtle 3D embossing folder.
This sentiment is from Positive Thoughts. It was perfect for this card because I sent it to a college friend, Paul, who just had hip surgery. His wife was my roommate and we became great friends. He married Stan & I in their first church in Chinook, Washington. We practically eloped. Our best man couldn't make it due to a snow storm, so Thor (sweet elderly gentleman who turned the heat on in the church) proudly donned his brown suit and came over to witness the ceremony. He's in our group wedding photo, love it!
Stamps: Positive Thoughts
Dies: Friendly Silhouettes
Misc: Subtle 3D embossing folder
